Conditions
The advertiser’ signature will be considered as final approval and acceptance of the advertisement agreement, it furthermore authorises us to display the advertisement on the Web. the klerksdorper will not cancel a listing that is not cancelled in writing. Cancellation of listings must be received no less than 30 days prior to the new month of advertising. The Advertiser must supply the klerksdorper with all the advertising information for the advertisement. The Advertiser warrants that the supplied Information: 1) Does not infringe any applicable law(s), and 2) does not defame any person, organisation or group. The Advertiser indemnifies accounting directory, its distributors and agents, against all liability arising out of the publication of the advertisement. the klerksdorper shall not be responsible or liable in respect of any loss or damage to the Copy whilst in possession of the Listing. These terms constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Advertiser and the klerksdorper and any amendment shall be reduced to writing and signed by the Advertiser to be of any force or effect.
